I have brought two of my vehicles to Acme Auto Repair for both service work and repair work in the last 30 days. Communication is excellent. They did not over promise and under deliver which is very common in the auto repair industry. The cost for the work they completed was fair. I don’t mind paying a fair price for quality work. Acme is a small family run business, it’s obvious they care about their reputation based on the high level of service they provide. I’m a small business owner and own 10 vehicles, I feel good knowing that I can rely on Acme to keep them all running well with minimal disruption.

So we’ve taken our car multiple times to a big name auto service shop to get the AC fixed as it was blowing air, but not cold air.. they never managed to get it right as the air would stop blowing cold every time a day after we picked it up from the shop (mind you this happened 3-4 times already). Acme, on the other hand fixed it just after the first time! We were skeptical at first and thought that the AC would blow room temperature air again after a day or two, but it’s been a couple of weeks now and it’s still consistently blowing cool air! We’re extremely happy with the service that was delivered. The receptionist herself was also very friendly and professional while she answered all of my questions. Would definitely come again and would recommend.

Great customer service and prompt on their service. They saved me thousands of dollars and did exactly what they said they would. They didn’t try to sell me on any thing or any services I didn’t need. I will be taking all my car to them from Now.
