I was a bit behind in my maintenance and prepared to spend whatever I needed to for the 30,000 major. Instead, Acme suggested I come in for an oil change which included a free inspection and they'd let me know what I needed instead of just blindly following a list. In the end, I needed a couple of repairs but they really saved me money. If you're looking for an honest auto repair shop, Acme is a great choice.

I went to Acme for the first time and was very impressed. I needed to get caught up on maintenance and was prepared to do the major maintenance as *recommended* by Acura. Instead, Acme suggested I come in for an oil change and full inspection. So instead of blindly spending on unnecessary repairs, they were able to save me significant money by fixing just those items that needed repair. +Service industry Its not easy. But done very well here at ACME. Yesterday my car was brought in for a Throw Out Bearing R&R (remove and replace) communication, and options A+. From here its not a short story, from the time it was new I never liked the way the clutch engaged, (in other words it was faulty from the showroom) the clutch engages better now than it ever has. WOW how cool is that. My car is fun to drive now its more fun. On top of all of that he noticed the steering was spongy he felt it was due to the previous work performed at ACME. Now its steers much better, repaired under warranty. OK ACME gets a 21 kudo solute. It is so dam hard to find this kind of service.

Acme was recommended to us from a neighbor regarding our car whose check engine light has been on for over a year. Three separate auto repair places and a significant amount of money, and the check engine light was still on. Time has come to get a smog and register the vehicle, but of course, it would not pass with the check engine light on. We couldn't sell the car, only salvage. One last chance at Acme, and THEY FIXED IT!!!! Not a $2,000 computer like the dealership wanted, just a sensor and basic mechanic work. Thanks Ken and all, you are the best.

I've been going here for the last few years when my car has a problem. It is a family owned business (which I like to support) and I completely trust them to tell me the things that are wrong with my car. They have never tried to "upsell" me on additional services.

We have been customers of Acme since we'll before it was Acme. Through many years and many cars, I can't say enough about how valuable it is to have a mechanic that you can trust. I wrote a review for Acme in 2011 and all that I said then still holds true. Ken is 200% behind his work. If something fails, he fixes it. Acme is Diamond Certified and has an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau. It's easy to get upset if your car is broken. It's even easier to get upset when more is wrong than what initially appeared. Is it fair to blame the mechanic because something else is broken? Not really. Acme is a great neighborhood auto repair shop and Ken is a great mechanic. Enuff said
